Objects and the Library
  • EXPOCAD AreaGraph includes top-down diagrams that represent the products and display pieces in your inventory.
  • Diagram objects are organized into categories for easy access.
  • To add an object to the layout, simply drag-and-drop it onto the layout area.
  • All objects are automatically resized to the exact scale of the layout to ensure precise, reliable diagrams.
  • Every EXPOCAD AreaGraph license includes a copy of PDF ReDirect, a software driver that enables you to save your diagrams as standard PDF files. With this software, you can also create PDF documents from any other program that can print information.

Inventory Tracking
  • EXPOCAD AreaGraph automatically tracks all objects added to the layout diagram in an interactive inventory list.
  • Add and remove extra items not shown on the diagram, such as sales materials and giveaways, to compile a complete list of items needed for the booth.
  • Print the list directly, or export it as a PDF to email it to installers

Labeling Options
  • Plan all the wiring for electrical, telephone and internet connections with specific measurements and specifications for each item in your booth
  • Add labels to store reminders and convey specific instructions to installers.
  • Show or hide labels to communicate all the information you need to, without cluttering the diagram

Managing and Sharing Diagrams
  • Save layout diagrams to archive them and share them with coworkers.
  • Print diagrams and inventory lists directly, or export them as standard PDF documents using the included PDF Generator software.

Your Custom Object Library
  • In addition to a large library of standard objects, your EXPOCAD AreaGraph package can include a set of custom objects designed to represent your specific display pieces.
  • Just fill in the diagram design form, and our designers will create these and add them to the program, so they are available as soon as you install the software.
